The evening will also include the launch of Plymouth 'REALISE your right to art' organised by VAGA in association with Plymouth Visual Arts Consortium.
Mikro Orchestra Project will perform in the Main Hall at 8pm.
VAGA's speakers include Peter Jenkinson, Co-presenter Channel 4 Big Art Project and VAGA Associate, Keith Khan, Artist, Council Member Arts Council England and Nicola Moyle, Curator of Museums and Heritage, Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery.
